We process refunds only when an order qualifies for a refund under our Return Policy.
A refund may be issued when:
An order is cancelled by Aesthetix Cosmeceuticals and payment has already been received
A returned product is approved for a refund
We are unable to fulfil a paid order
A wrong, damaged, or defective product cannot reasonably be replaced
Once a refund is approved, we will communicate the applicable refund method and process.
The time required for the refund to reach your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the applicable return policy will apply.
Orders purchased using discounts, coupons, free-delivery offers, bundles, or other promotions may be subject to specific promotional terms.
Where applicable, the refund amount will be based on the eligible amount paid for the returned/cancelled product. Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by Aesthetix Cosmeceuticals or otherwise agreed.
